Packing: Moningka's are probably all packed and ready to go. Mom too. Penafloridas? - still doing laundry.
Food: shopping at Staters, Wal Mart and *please, please, please* Fresh and Easy this afternoon to stock up our pantry.
Logistics: getting there. So far we'll be hitting Vegas to spend the night in Ate Mina's house; driving over the Hoover Dam on our way to the Grand Canyon. From there we'll head into New Mexico to check out the Carlsbad Caverns. After that maybe straight shot to Tennessee. Maybe Colorado. It just depends on the navigator's { aka Allan } decisions.
